The Company recognizes the importance of responsible environmental stewardship and is committed to managing pollution such as air pollution, waste and wastewater from its operations in a systematic and effective manner. A comprehensive approach is applied to control, treat, and monitor air pollution, waste and effluent in accordance with applicable standards, while continuously integrating appropriate technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability. The focus is placed on preventing environmental impacts at the source by reducing waste generation throughout the production process and ensuring proper management of industrial waste. These practices form an integral part of the Company's environmental and sustainability policies, reflecting its ongoing commitment to protecting the environment, supporting surrounding communities, and conducting business in a responsible and sustainable manner.

Resources

The Company recognizes the importance of using natural resources efficiently. In line with its Environmental and Sustainability Policies, the Company is committed to reducing resource consumption across its production processes by enhancing machinery efficiency and applying appropriate technologies to minimize production losses. These efforts are supported by effective production planning and the responsible use of water and energy to ensure optimal resource utilization. During the reporting year, particular focus was placed on improving water use efficiency as a key priority within resource management.

Waste Management

The company is committed to managing resources and waste according to the 3Rs principles and the Circular Economy, to reduce resource loss and prevent environmental impacts, by prioritizing pollution control and strict compliance with laws, through the following operational guidelines:

  • Waste reduction at the source by utilizing technology to monitor and manage raw materials and packaging to minimize losses in the production process.
  • Proper waste segregation to ensure appropriate disposal and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills.
  • Control of hazardous waste pollution in accordance with environmental legal standards.
  • Fostering participation and instilling awareness among employees regarding the importance of waste segregation and responsible resource utilization throughout the organization.

The Company has successfully achieved a continuous reduction in both the Non-Conforming Product Ratio and the Packaging Material Waste Ratio. 2) Technology Adoption & Digital Monitoring: To ensure precision and early issue detection, we utilize advanced automated inspections for real-time tracking across our operations.

3) People Engagement: We actively build a workforce dedicated to quality by fostering a self-inspection culture, driving two-way communication to engage frontline workers, promoting knowledge sharing through morning talks, and implementing performance recognition programs.
