Message From CEO
Exotic Food Public Company Limited remains committed to driving sustainable growth through our corporate mission: “To be the first brand that comes to the consumer’s mind when thinking about Thai food.” Alongside this ambition, we continue advancing our sustainability commitment: “At Exotic Food, Every Bite Matters, Every Smile Counts.” Guided by our four strategic pillars — Market Expansion, Quality Excellence, Organization Excellence, and People Excellence — and anchored in our Triple Bottom Line framework of People, Planet, and Prosperity, we strive to create long-term value for stakeholders across our value chain while delivering the authentic taste of Thai cuisine to consumers worldwide.
As the global business landscape evolves rapidly, resilience, adaptability, and responsible growth have become increasingly important to long-term success. At Exotic Food, we recognize that challenges such as climate change, technological transformation, and changing stakeholder expectations also create opportunities to strengthen our competitiveness and future readiness. We therefore continue integrating sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence into our growth.
One of our key focus areas is the growing integration of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) into our operations. During the year, we introduced technologies that enhance operational efficiency, organizational agility, and long-term capabilities, including the implementation of an industrial robotic arm at our Amata City plant in Rayong and digital solutions such as K2 to support accounting and document control processes. Looking ahead, we believe AI and digital transformation will continue playing an increasingly important role in improving productivity, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness across our business.
Climate management also remains one of our strategic priorities. In 2025, we adopted ISO 14064-1:2018 as both a framework and certification scheme for our organizational carbon footprint management. As part of this effort, we recalculated our greenhouse gas emissions base year to strengthen data collection approaches and expand coverage toward a more holistic representation of our business activities and emission sources. We also initiated a company-wide climate management kick-off session involving external experts, management, and relevant data owners to strengthen alignment and reinforce climate-related responsibility throughout the organization.
Another significant milestone during the year was becoming the first food manufacturer in Thailand to achieve ISO 14068-1 certification for Carbon Neutrality. This accomplishment reflects our commitment to balancing sustainable business growth with long-term climate responsibility through practical and internationally aligned approaches. The certification also marked an important step in strengthening our decarbonization pathway toward achieving carbon neutrality by 2040 and net zero emissions by 2050. While we recognize that the transition toward a low-carbon future will require continuous adaptation, collaboration, and technological advancement, we remain committed to building a practical and resilient roadmap that supports both environmental responsibility and sustainable business growth.
Looking ahead, Exotic Food will continue embedding sustainability into the core of our business strategy while strengthening resilience, innovation, and organizational excellence. Together with our stakeholders, we aim to create meaningful impact and shared value throughout our value chain. Through responsible growth, continuous improvement, and collaboration, we will continue strengthening our position as a leading Thai food brand while contributing to a more sustainable future.
